Drop It Like It’s Hot

When I arrived to Barcelona 10 years ago, my friend took me to the best hip hop place in the town. They played my favorite song those days, “Drop It Like It’s Hot’ by Snoop Dogg, and I thought I had found a heaven on Earth but little did I know…

Tomorrow I leave Barcelona and what I consider to be a heaven on Earth is a drastically different. If somebody would have told me back then that one day my heart is filled with joy and gratitude, that one day my mind is chanting “Om Mani Padme Hum” and my soul is my guiding star, I wouldn’t have believed it. But I did change; I’m drastically different today than I was 10 years ago! So what happened?

“Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.” –Jim Rohn

I changed! Change is constant; it’s impossible to stop the wheel of change. The good news is that you, only you, are able to steer the wheel and choose a direction where you want to go. I got enough of emotional roller coaster rides and suffering, I chose to change and started working on my personal development. The change did not happen overnight, but it transformed my life gradually when I chose to believe that there will be a way out of the darkness. I will be sharing with you the steps that I have taken in my future blog posts.

If you have a bad attitude, drop it like it’s hot as it won’t take you anywhere. Change is possible! I did it and so can you! If you choose to take an attitude of gratitude, you will then find a new way to change your day! Gratitude helps you to see miracles and feel joy! It will help you to truly enjoy your life!

Thank you Barcelona for offering me a place to heal and grow! Thank you for all the amazing people who I met there – I love you all. Thank you for all those life events that made me grow and find my path. I’m so grateful, thank you!
